BODYBOUND is synonymous with pumping sex back into a craft that has become lust-less, entering into an act of great aesthetic seduction.
Fashion is very much a medium for rallying against mediocrity. Too much emphasis is placed on reservation being equated with sophistication. There is nothing masculine about being reserved, Menswear needs to be dazzling again, and that is what we strive for.
Kim Choong-Wilkins, the designer for BODYBOUND, graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2005 prior to cutting his teeth at Alexander McQueen. After two years in the industry he returned to study an MA in Menswear at the Royal College of Art.
He has worked for brands such as Emernigildo Zegna, Alexander McQueen and most recently as the Menswear designer for Matthew Williamson.
